Puppy Weight Chart

This is an approximation weight chart for toy breeds. Line up the week of the
puppy’s age with its current weight to see the estimated projected adult
weight at the bottom.

As the puppy grows, the closer the puppy stays to one weight column, the easier it is to
estimate its adult weight more accurately.

The younger the puppy's age, the less accurate the approximation. I have never had a puppy stay to one column since birth. They usually switch back and forth between 2 or 3 columns near their birth weight before they stabalize and start following one column.
